Oscar Grant – Take 1

Approximately a month ago today the verdict for the police officer that shot and killed a young man named Oscar Grant on the Oakland Bart was announced.  I meant to write something closer to that time became distracted by something that seemed more important at the time than blogging.  It wasnt entirely necessary for me to write anything, given the large number of blogs, tweets and facebook statuses were in a frenzy.  I became fascinated and still am by the sheer ridiculously that surrounded this case for quite some time.
